Biography
Paul is a Florida Board Certified Construction Attorney and former in-house counsel for both a large public owner and an international contractor. He focuses his practice on the areas of commercial and construction litigation, bid protests, and contract negotiation. Paul has represented public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and sureties.
Originally from Pinetta, Florida, Paul is a 6th generation Floridian and active member of the Fort Lauderdale community.
