Biography

Ryan C. Scarpa, Esq., Managing Partner of Block & Scarpa, is licensed to practice law in Florida and New Jersey.  In addition to overseeing firm operations and growth strategies, Ryan’s focuses on complex real estate matters and business transactions

Ryan’s real estate practice includes residential and commercial real estate, condominium and HOA law, and development and construction law. As a business lawyer, Ryan represents clients in large- and small-scale corporate matters, including business formation and structuring, drafting or interpretation of governing documents, mergers, acquisitions, and disputes. Ryan’s personal business and real estate dealings provide an added value to the firm’s clients as Ryan is often able to leverage his experience, deal-structuring acumen, and network to help clients achieve their goals.  Ryan’s personal dealings outside of growing the firm include identifying, operating, investing in, and exiting over $100 Million in commercial and residential real estate projects and business ventures.

Ryan is routinely engaged to speak on a variety of topics involving his practice areas and has been designated by Superlawyers - Rising Stars for his diligence and advocacy on behalf of the firm’s clients. Ryan, who’s representative clients include individuals, developers, associations, contractors, franchisees, professional athletes, and other business entities, is routinely engaged to present at conferences and symposiums.
