Robert J. Fraxedas

Robert Fraxedas has over 15 years of legal experience, and focuses his practice on estate planning and probate matters. Prior to joining Block & Scarpa, Robert had his own firm, Law Office of Robert Fraxedas, based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Robert is a knowledgeable and hardworking attorney who cares deeply about his clients. He takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with clients, which allows him to create dynamic, personalized estate plans tailored to their individual and family goals. Probate clients appreciate Robert's diverse legal experience as they navigate a process that often includes real estate, asset/creditor considerations, and contentious third parties, among others.
In 2002, Robert graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. There, he was a National Merit Scholar and a member of the esteemed Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In 2005, Robert graduated from University of Florida's Levin College of Law. He later obtained his LL.M. Degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys pursuing his passion for philosophy and music, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
