Biography

Carl is a seasoned litigation attorney with the firm and is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and Minnesota with over 20 years of litigation experience representing clients in federal courts, state courts and appellate courts. His practice focuses on business and corporate litigation disputes, construction and construction defect litigation, labor and employment law, and probate litigation.

Carl is a fourth generation Floridian and Palm Beach County native. His great-grandfather, Henry J. Sterling, was one of the earliest pioneers of southern Palm Beach County after buying land from Henry M. Flagler and was a founder of the area in the late 1800s that became Delray Beach. Carl is also an honorably discharged veteran having served four tours of duty in the Persian Gulf.
