Biography

Angela Farford is an experienced attorney with a focus on land use and zoning, environmental permitting, administrative law, and property rights. She has successfully represented clients before circuit courts and the Division of Administrative Hearings and has extensive experience navigating both state and federal regulatory processes, including rulemaking and rule challenges.

Angela earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008, where she also obtained a Certificate in Environmental Law. During law school, she served as a certified legal intern with the State Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted misdemeanor traffic violations and DUIs. She began practicing law in 2009 and later served as Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in the construction unit.

Angela is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. In addition to her legal experience, she holds a real estate license and regularly advises on residential and commercial real estate matters. She currently serves on the Community Development Board for the City of Atlantic Beach, where she reviews variance requests and provides recommendations to the City Council on land use regulations and comprehensive planning.

A long time North Florida resident, Angela has lived in the Jacksonville Beach area for over 20 years. When she’s not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, their two sons - Wyatt and Fisher, and their dog Stella—often at the beach, on the road, or catching waves.
